Deepa K M is a Product Support Manager specializing in Zoho Products, with over 10 years of experience in client support, team coordination, and software implementation. She started her career as a Lecturer in Computer Applications before moving into the software industry, where she worked on HR solutions for clients across the MENA region.
Her expertise spans product support, customization, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Known for her strong organizational skills and problem-solving approach, Deepa has successfully led teams, managed client relationships, and streamlined operations to deliver efficient and customer-focused results.
She holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from IGNOU and a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-operation) from Calicut University. Additionally, she is certified in Graphic Design & Animation, DOEACC O Level, and Tally ERP9.
